We just bought a new Fusion Hybrid from Derrick Wood. I would highly recommend both Sunset and Derrick, as it was a very pleasant experience. Derrick was extremely helpful as we went through the process of deciding on the model and options that we wanted. Thanks so much.

the truck we purschased from Mike at Sunset Ford. was worth the 3 hr drive to get there. the people that helped make it possible were very professinal. the long term goals that sunset ford has is wonderful to see.

After shopping both you and your local competition I must commend you on your web site and salesman Derrick Wood. Your web site was the most informative, and I especially liked being able to see the actual window sticker. Negotiating the deal over the inrenet with Derrick made this the quickest and most pleasant new car purchase I've ever made (including past Sunset deals). The dealing was preasure free, the car was ready when we arrived, and we were in and out in about an hour. THANK YOU for an enjoyable experience!

My wife and I were in need of a car after one of ours broke down. We stopped in just to look, and Chris Reed made it just that. No pressure, he showed us a few vehicles, we let him know we were still looking and left no questions asked. We saw the car we had been looking for on their website and called Chris first thing the next day, we met him after getting off work and shortly there after we were driving away in our new Flex. No hassles, no pressure, just professional service from A-Z from Chris and Chris who handled our financing. I'd recommend them to anyone!

We just purchased a new Fusion from Brett in Waterloo. We can't say enough about what a no pressure comfortable experience this was. Brett was totally there for every question and concern we had as well as a gentleman he was training at the time. He gave my husband and I more than enough "space" to make a decision. Once we did, we were comfortable with proceeding with the sale. All the way through, the dealership was professional and made us feel like we were the reason they were there. We have purchased cars at other dealerships, but I think we found the one we will be dealing with from now on. Thanks Sunset of Waterloo!

Excellent Service for Out-of-Town Car Problems

We had driven down from Indianapolis to visit family as we had both grown up in St. Louis. We had car troubles on the way down and I thought of Sunset Ford as my father had always gone there and I went to grade school with Jack Heutel. We just drove in late in the afternoon and the service manager, Steve, looked at the car immediately and told us to come back the next morning at 7. We came back and the car was fixed by noon. Everyone we worked with or talked to was professional and eager to help us. It was a wonderful experience. I wish we knew a service place like this in Indianapolis. Thank you so much for taking care of former St. Louis people so well.

I love Sunset!!! I went in to get my regular oil change and The Works. Once the job was complete, Pat, the cashier, informed me there was no charge-something about a coupon I had earned!!! I could not believe it-nowhere at any other dealer have I ever gotten a free anything!!!! That was a 43.00 value -Sunset has always provided me excellent service, above and beyond, from the moment I purchased my Escape to the regular maintenance. This was a lovely Thanksgiving surprise. Thank you, Sunset and Pat!
